Cookies Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This policy describes exactly what codefluxion.com stores in your browser. Nothing more.

The site uses no advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and embeds no social network pixels. The only analytics tool is Google Analytics 4, and it starts only after you accept.

1. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Alongside them, browsers offer local storage and session storage, which work similarly — they keep small pieces of information on your device. This policy treats both the same way, because from your point of view the difference is purely technical.

2. What is stored before you consent

Before you decide, the site stores exactly one thing — and only at the moment you click “Accept” or “Decline”:

cf_consent (local storage)
Remembers your analytics decision so the banner does not reappear on every visit. Its value is only “granted” or “denied”. Strictly necessary to honour your choice; written only once you click one of the buttons. Kept until you clear browser data or reset your consent.
  • The Google Analytics script is not downloaded until you click “Accept”. Without consent we send no request to Google at all — including any that would reveal your IP address.
  • Consent Mode v2 defaults (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are set to “denied” and generate no network traffic.

3. What is stored after you consent

Analytics data is collected in aggregate and used only to judge which content gets read and which contact paths work. IP addresses are truncated, and user- and event-level data is deleted after 14 months.

_ga (Google Analytics cookie)
Distinguishes browsers so two visits by the same person are not counted as two people. Retention: 13 months.
_ga_D6CZ7RDMX1 (Google Analytics cookie)
Maintains session state for our specific GA4 data stream. Retention: 13 months.
cf_seen_view_pricing, cf_seen_view_contact (session storage)
Prevent the same event from being sent repeatedly as you scroll up and down. Cleared when you close the browser tab.

4. Who receives analytics data

Google Ireland Limited, as a processor acting on our instructions. Data may be transferred to the United States — the legal basis and safeguards are described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

5. Withdrawing or changing your consent

You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. The “Cookie settings” link sits in the footer of every page — it reopens the banner and lets you change your decision.

Withdrawing consent immediately disables analytics and removes the GA cookies this site set. It does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings (privacy or site data section). Blocking cookies does not restrict access to any content on this site.
